Description and Requirements
The Technical Lead is responsible for preventing and solving technical issues on the customer programs and assisting, researching, designing, and developing tools and processes as per the program’s need. The technical lead evaluates the work processes and best practices and implements changes to streamline operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead technical innovation and automation for the services provided for the customer.
Technical planning and preparation: analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals and risk analysis.
Manage and coordinate technical team work and monitor processes in quality and performance.
Optimize team efficiency by delegating and distributing tasks according to workload and individual skills.
Monitor daily duties and fast react to any issues, find the solutions and optimize future processes.
Implement constant efficiency improvement and problem solving process.
Analyze customer data and ensure reporting updates and follow-up.
Collect working data and information, create reports updates, provide issue solving recommendations and technical guidance to team members.
WORK RELATIONSHIPS
Project managers: scheduling, risk analysis, status, technical guidance, planning and follow-up program development actions.
Coordinators: coordination, monitoring, training.
Program Director and Operations Manager: reporting, analysis, recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Desirable qualities: multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, eye for detail.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Able to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt projects to them.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills: meeting with tight deadlines, multi-site teams, and different projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, evaluating workloads and schedules.
Experience in team management and optimizing workload.
Creative and enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral communication and writing skills (business correspondence).
High level of spoken and written English.
High level of application experience: Excel, GSheets, PowerPoint, etc.
Advanced automation and scripting skills: Python, R, and others are an advantage.
