TELUS International is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Finland.

 

Who we are: We are a lively, international team of product managers and engineers who work on providing technology solutions for our AI Data Solutions teams. Our goal is to help both the many contributors who work with us on our customer projects and our AI Data Solutions teams to work in harmony and deliver their best work to our customers by using our portfolio of products.

 

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a new team member to fill the role of Product Manager.

 

The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with our teams to create products and fulfill our vision of being a technology-backed preferred partner for our customers, and preferred job provider for our external contributors. In your daily work you will:

 

 

Lead the end-to-end success of parts of our portfolio, from discovery to launch
Develop, facilitate, and drive cross-functional initiatives and alignment with key stakeholders including agile process, product launch, and customer on-boarding.
Identify key metrics and analyze how the products’ features affect those numbers.
Maintain and manage the product roadmap and other standard product artifacts.
Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data teams.
Identify new areas for improvement through quantitative research and UX studies.
Understand market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
Skills and qualifications:

 

 

Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to developers and designers, and to provide feedback and guidance to such parties.
2-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, business management, or product management.
Proactive mindset, eager to engage in creative problem-solving.
Strong technical understanding (CS/Engineering degree or relevant experience).
Ability to put yourself in the mind of the customer.
Detail-oriented with a strong design sense.
Ability to understand metrics and key product levers that can move the needle.

 

Bonus skills:

 

 

Experience with wireframing or prototyping software.
Previous product management, design, or consulting experience.
