We are looking for a professional UI/UX Designer to join our team.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer with a huge passion for human-centered design. A strong portfolio of successful UI/UX projects is essential.

Responsibilities

You think strategically and systematically, defining UI and UX details in a coherent theme, while keeping the organizational big picture of potential use cases and developments in a multi-platform environment in mind;

You define underlying frameworks, execute and document  UI components and UX patterns in compliance with the highest standards of quality;

You find creative ways to solve UX/UI problems (. usability, findability);

You collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify product requirements and turn them into customer-focused experience design;

You are able to communicate design ideas and prototypes to peers;

You understand product specifications and user psychology;

You are keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends;

Ultimately, you will make our platform more user-friendly and intuitive for our customers and candidates.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a UI Designer, UX Designer or similar role;

Proven experience in developing mobile applications/ interfaces design;

Strong portfolio of design projects;

Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture;

Good communication skills, analytical thinking, motivated and willing to work in a team;

Experience and familiarity with tools like: Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and  Agile development methodologies;

You keep a cool head at all times, resolve complex queries and solve any problem with attention to detail;

You have a good intuition for people and you are able to influence, communicate and defend design decisions;

Understand user needs and can generate product delivery concepts, from sketch to high fidelity design based on a design system;

Collaborate and iterate on new product ideas with engineering and product teammates;
