About the job
We are growing, looking for you with a massive passion for E-commerce, retail and growth. You will join the Omniarchers as a consultant in our customer missions, where you will be in charge of digital growth, driving sales and building strong foundations for further development. Some of your responsibilities with be: – Working in close collaboration with several exciting brands, some on a longer term and some on shorter terms. – Analyze business, design E-com plans, implement strategies, track progress and adjust as conditions change. – Identify actions in order to accelerate customers’ growth. – Lead strategy and brand development, online engagement and conversion. – Maintain contact and relationships with customers. – Navigate new business development opportunities.

Your profile
You have a massive passion for E-commerce and growth, you’re eager to learn and want to contribute to the team, as well as our customers. You also have: – 5+ years of experience in E-commerce. – Constant curiosity. – Love for change and challenges. – Eagerness to be a part of entire processes and the power of initiative. – Desire to share your knowledge and absorb others. – Flexibility and comfort working with a team that’s spread out across the world. – A solution oriented mindset. – It’s a bonus if you have experience from a scale up or a large E-com brand.
