We count on you for:
Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
Follow up on material/services delivery on time
Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
Prioritize urgent requests
Maintain close relationship with our customers
Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives
Ideal profile
You will bring:
University Degree
Experience in similar activities in dealing with customers /Analytical skills
Fluent in French and Portuguese
Good English fluency
Strong customer orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise
Practical person with troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent team player
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and adaptability
