Tasks

· Strengthening of the platform and developer experience teams with a focus on cloud native technology stack

· Construction and operation of environments in the areas of private and public cloud

· Independent development of managed services for use in software solutions

· Technical advice to the product owners and software engineering teams on product and project requirements

· Process automation including continuous integration, continuous delivery and test automation as well as carrying out independent administration and configuration activities

· Evaluation of new technologies and continuous training

· Documentation of best practice approaches and support for cross-departmental knowledge exchange

Essential qualifications

· Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable subject or IT-technical training with relevant professional experience in a comparable

position

· Expertise in dealing with Enterprise Kubernetes, ideally knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and the operation of hybrid cloud environments with AWS

· Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault, Elastic Stack, RabbitMQ, Apigee, JupyterHub

· Know-how in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and in the deployment of large software applications is advantageous

· Knowledge of microservices architectures and API design (REST, messaging)

· Basic understanding of network infrastructures (routing, load balancing, DNS)

· Analytical, service-oriented way of working and enjoy working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)

Desired language skills

· German – Experienced (B2-C1)

· English – Experienced (B2-C1)

· €56,000.00 – €70,000.00 annually
