Key responsibilities:

Organise meetings and manage internal employee databases
Organise company team building events
Ordering stationery and furniture
Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries
Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff
Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
Organise induction programmes for new employees
Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
Assist the organisation’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
