About you:

We are looking for a skilled UX designer, possessing a deep understanding of user needs and the skills and experience to build beautiful and effective user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking and user research allows you to uncover insights that inform your design decisions. You’re passionate about the craft of UX and consistently seeking to hone your skills, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Day-to-day, you will:

Follow the UX process and highlighting challenges within sprint team processes, suggesting areas of improvement to team and screen participants, scheduling sessions, and preparing research materials. Using and contributing to established participant and conducting research to understand users’ needs, motivations, and pain points, generating actionable insights for design decisions and interactions, creating visual designs, and prototyping flows and interactions across various platforms and and validate designs through user testing as a standard practice across all projects, ensuring problems can be identified early, reducing the risk of usability issues and future development to the development of divisional tools such as personas, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and journey maps etc.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to contribute insights from a UX internal and external design decisions and present research findings to stakeholders in an engaging way using techniques such as the initiative to suggest improvements and ideas within their sprint in the UX community to foster a collaborative and supportive work to our design systems and DesignOps initiatives.
