The task:

 

 

 

 

– construction management

 

 

 

 

– You take care of the professional process of the construction sites on site and are responsible for your team, the procurement of materials, measurements and reports

 

 

 

 

– You are the first point of contact for the builders and will help you if you have any questions.

 

 

 

 

– You coordinate the work with the other trades.

 

 

 

 

– You use your colleagues in such a way that they can be productive according to their strengths.

 

 

 

 

The work:

 

 

 

 

– Professional dismantling of the existing heating system

 

 

 

 

– Deployment (moving out) of the dismantled system with stair caterpillar and Co.

 

 

 

 

– Transfer and installing of the new system (heat pump)

 

 

 

 

– Piping of the new pipes system;

 

 

 

 

– fill the plant;

 

 

 

 

– Water treatment according to VDI 2035;

 

 

 

 

– Insulate the new pipes with Rockwool insulation

 

 

 

 

– Electrical wiring;

 

 

 

 

– Hydraulic balancing of heat distribution (radiators and underfloor heating)

 

 

 

 

– Commissioning of the system: heat pump or air conditioning

 

 

 

 

Your profile:

 

 

 

 

– Completed vocational training as a mechanic in plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems (m/f/d)

 

 

 

 

– Experience as a senior fitter (m/f/d) is desirable;

 

 

 

 

– Independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as analytical thinking;

 

 

 

 

– Team player;

 

 

 

 

– Class B driver’s license;

 

 

 

 

Driving change with fun and joy and not being satisfied with the current situation.

Advanced knowledge: Maintenance, repairs, calculation and planning the use of resources

 

 

 

 

Expert knowledge: heating technology

 

 

 

 

Advanced knowledge of English or German
