Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source candidates using various channels (Job Boards, Social networking, Internal Referrals and Headhunting)
Work closely with Team leaders & Managers to ensure smooth execution of recruitment related activities
Meet defined SLAs on hiring turnaround time, direct channel sourcing and other relevant parameters.
Research and implement new ways of attracting candidates
Assist in organizing Job Fairs and campus recruitment
Stay up to date with current market trends, skills and qualifications in order to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls
Interview candidates using various methods (structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English, both oral and written
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a IT Recruiter or Recruiter
Good knowledge of local market and availability of talent (in Romania
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (in-person, telephone, Skype, Microsoft Teams)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Working experience with ATSs and HRISs
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruitment and Boolean search)
Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
“Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package.
