Position: Senior Facebook Ads Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus or Montenegro or remote if needs be

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on: Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
Create, maintain and grow Facebook campaigns while meeting Return on advertising spend targets
Actively test and analyse targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, different approaches to drive results
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Analyse campaign performance KPIs against the set goals
Allocate the budgets across geos and campaigns in the most effective way
Troubleshoot and resolve all ad-related issues
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the best practices and experiment with new tools to optimize the Company’s advertising.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any other relevant field
3 years’ previous experience in marketing, advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts including Facebook and Instagram
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Experience from Financial Services or Marketing sector will be considered as an advantage
Proven track record of running effective social campaigns
Knowledge necessary to analyse performance data and manage reporting tools
Strong technical knowledge of social media buying platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn etc.)
Practical experience and facility with the technical aspects of setting up, troubleshooting and optimising campaigns on paid social media channels
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Analytical skills with attention to details.
