To complete our team, based in Timisoara, and support our growth worldwide, we are looking for a Database Developer. This position is a part of a highly experienced international Database Operations Team, which provides day-to-day support to businesses.

Your main tasks will be:

Running queries on databases to provide counts/reports to business users;

Design, develop and implement database systems based on customer requirements;

Create complex functions, scripts and stored procedures to support application development.

Actively communicating with Project Managers and other teams from our international offices;

Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot the database servers and perform basic database administration tasks;

Provide technical support in resolving performance issues, optimizing queries.

Evaluate existing databases and recommend improvements for performance efficiency.

Your abilities need to be:

BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field ;

Strong SQL, MS SQL Server knowledge. Ability to write complex queries and experience in updating data structures;

Knowledge to evaluate and optimize queries, suggest index required is desired;

Proven work experience as a Database developer;

Good verbal and written communication skills in English;

Demonstrated ability to perform under high-pressure situations;

Excellent troubleshooting ability;

Proficient working on various projects together at the same time;
